Biography
Kathy Pabst Robshaw is the principal of Total Telephone Effectiveness (TTE), a provider of effective and planned communications which have been proven to radically improve performance and build world class organizations. Her broad background, dynamic personality and diverse skill set make her a trusted advisor able to incorporate her communications concepts in some of the most challenging business environments.
Before founding Total Telephone Effectiveness in 2007, Robshaw led the Florida office of Chicago-based, Real Solutions, a leading provider of integrated database software. With annual revenues of more than one million the company provides complete financial, distribution, supply chain, manufacturing and e-commerce solutions to many of the country’s top corporations. Under Robshaw’s leadership the Florida office thrived and was consistent in securing top talent and increased sales for its business-to-business inside sales team. Her expertise and multidisciplinary approach to drive all hiring, training and management initiatives were a critical factor for sustainable business growth.
Preceding her work with Real Solutions, Robshaw was a research and recruiting consultant for Qualigence, Inc., the largest recruitment research firm in the United States. In this capacity, she was directly responsible for the successful development of innovative, client-specific strategies to effectively source high-profile, executive candidates throughout United States. Prior to working with Qualigence, Robshaw worked as the telebusiness manager for MidcomData Technologies, a provider of business printing, hardware and technology services to clients such as McDonald’s Corp., Time Warner Cable, and Siemens Manufacturing & Engineering, to name a few. In this position, she led a complete organizational overhaul of the entire direct and outbound sales function and was the first to foster this type of radical change since the company’s inception 20 years earlier. As a result of this effective overhaul, the MidComData enjoyed a 20 percent increase in new and existing revenue, which continues to evolve and grow to this day.
Before serving with MidicomData, Robshaw worked as the director of telephone business for Crown Marketing Group of Florida, a leading provider of incentive travel packages where her proven methodology not only increased sales by more than 25 percent but decreased turnover by 50 percent.
Robshaw’s international experience makes her unique and she remains active with many high profile organizations worldwide. She is also heavily involved in the Tampa Bay and gives her time to advise some of Tampa Bay’s most influential leaders and organizations. She serves in various capacities with the Largo/Mid-Pinellas Chamber of Commerce and the American Marketing Association, Tampa Bay. She is also called to speak to many groups throughout region where her honest, no-nonsense approach helps to set the tone for their continued success.
