Recruitment Techniques

This is a subject that deserves a book, not a paragraph. The Technique that you use isn't too different than recruiting for sales. However, a phone person does need a slightly different set of characteristics.

What I'd like to stress, do not hire someone to work over the phone that you do not interview over the phone! I am amazed how some HR Departments hire traditionally and present a candidate to the Manager, they are hired and no one has tested their phone skills and ability.
