The Total Telephone Effectiveness team has been responsible for reducing turnover, increasing the results from the inside sales team and consequently increasing the conversion rate of appointments. These two groups must work cohesively and continually.
Because we assess how a company is getting and keeping business before we work with them, we are often reviewing how inside and outside sales is working together to support, compliment and help reach the goals of the business.
While the method is different, the outcome needs to be the same. You have to devote the same time and cost to training inside sales people - irrespective of what they are doing, s you would with the outside 'road warriors' who have to face the prospects/customers.
