Phone Coaching
Coaching requires a commitment to start the process and develop the skills
and confidence needed to be able to both be effective and accurately measure
where you need to be.
Phone coaching is broken into 5 sessions (and there is homework):
- Understanding of your business and goals/objectives Review of your own work patterns
- Develop basic business strategy including identifying your USP
and creating a Benefit Statement flow.Preparation of call Introduction
Review and integration of questions to establish a need - Role play and live phone activity with review
- Preparation of any objections and practice with the trial
close - Phone and review with coaching
The time commitment is generally 3-4 weeks in order to achieve effective
results.
Some of my best clients have been people who have used he phone for years and years and need a refresher to both increase falling results and to re-focus.
My favorite client absolutely hated making phone calls, we persevered and now she is getting 72% of her business by using the phone to generate leads for herself and by having a good follow up plan in place.
