Telephone Effectiveness Training

Training or Development is conducted once an assessment has taken place. The
assessment can be done at no initial fee or is part of the research for the
project. 

All Training is a mix of interactive learning, role plays and sometimes live
situations. A workbook or training manual is provided again depending on the
scope of the project.

Consulting with you to mix the telephone into your Sales and Marketing,
utilizing your own business plan is an option that you do have.  Building an
inside sales team to make calls or to better handle incoming calls to convert
them to business opportunities is often an on-going process and requires a more
detailed approach then skill-building.  This is an process that is talked
through separately and a scope of activities and time-frame is agreed.
